Reg - So awesome that you found THE one! 😉 Are you still using this machine with the same regimen you followed when you got the microderm kit? How’s your skin so far? I’m interested and I hope to hear from you soon! 🙂 Thanks!

{DIY Board & Batten Wall}

Hello and welcome to my most favorite DIY project of all time!  Granted, it makes the biggest difference besides the new wall color, but I can’t help but get the warm and fuzzies every time I look at it.  My new board & batten wall has brought me such joy already that I’m quite sure […]

Edie - Lisa, after reading your last post, I am amazed at all the good stuff your father-in-law will learn when I get him to read your site! Knowing how busy he is, that may be awhile but you can be sure I will be picking up some of that No More Nails and chucking out all those old, dried up tubes of silicone that hubby loves to use for absolute EVERYTHING. Also, I just may be borrowing that Tupperware thingy as hubby sucks at applying his favourite stuff—what else…silicone.

{A Painter’s Life for Me!}

I amuse myself at how I choose to tackle projects and share them on the blog sometimes.  Deciding to give our living room/dining room/ entry a major facelift was one that I made quickly and ended up taking over all of my thought space.  Initially, when I said I had reached the point of no […]

Mom - Lookin’ good!!! Who is George? I can’t find a bald spot if I can’t find George. Don’t leave the room too white or you won’t be able to find Marley!

Love Mom

Dorothy - I can`t find George, either. I like the shade that I`m seeing……and it SURE DOES make the room bigger.

Edie - I still cannot believe what paint, a lot of dedication, and a great imagination can do to make such an incredible change. I liked what you and Davin did to make the house your home when you first moved in but this final result is stunning. No wonder I never saw you kids the past few months!!!! (And we only live a 10 minute walk away.) Am so proud to be related to such a talented gal! Love, Mom-in-law

{If You’re Happy & You Know It, Clap Your Hands!}

That’s not all we’re doing over here!  We’re doing a happy dance and celebrating the fence being done and that we finished it in record time! With the help of a friend, we were able to get the back done in only two days, but we knew the East side would be a different story.  […]
